  • Resolve billing discrepancies — Investigate what went wrong with your doctor’s billing department and get issues corrected. Until issues are remedied, you’ll receive periodic updates.
  • Coordinate medical records requests — Oversee the process of getting your records to where they need to go, by the time they need to arrive.
